Quality Control Engineer/Supervisor

The Quality Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Quality Control team while ensuring components meet requirements, engineering specifications, and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines daily supervision of QC personnel with active involvement in inspections, measurements, data analysis, recordkeeping, and problem resolution.

• →Supervise Quality Control Technicians, providing daily leadership and oversight of executing department activities and priorities.
• →Establish and maintain inspection, testing, and measurement standards for raw materials and components.
• →Perform and oversee hands-on inspections, measurements, and quality evaluations using precision measurement equipment.
• →Participate in root cause investigations, statistical process control (SPC) activities, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues.
• →Analyze quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve product performance.
• →Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and quality management systems, including ISO standards.
• →Manage calibration programs and ensure inspection and test equipment remain accurate and compliant.
• →Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer satisfaction.
• →Mentor QC Technicians on proper measurement methods and techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM discipline.
• 4+ years of quality engineering or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, SPC, CAPA, and inspection methodologies.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and measurement requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident
• Must be able to lift 25lbs unassisted
