The individual will work as part of the Quality Department, the QC Inspector will perform visual inspection of finished good parts and completion of documentation to verify compliance to specification; ensure conformance to requirements using calibrated measuring equipment and visual inspection; and interpret part drawings and specifications, and reference company work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• →Inspect finished good parts for compliance to specification
• →Basic assembly drawings & shop math (Trigonometry)
• →Review Bill of Materials for completeness and accuracy including accessories and spare parts sales orders
• →Review completeness of packing lists
• →Ensure packaging is adequate Review
• →Sign-off Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) reports
• →Collect and provide data required for critical part Final Inspection Reports (FIRs)
• →Complete Discrepant Material Report (DMR) forms for rejected parts
• →Fill out and file required reports, logs, databases, forms, and documents
• →Perform additional related duties as assigned
• →Verify product identification and traceability
• →Visual inspection of finished parts
• →Generating Certificate of Compliance(CoC)

• Preferred 2 years’ experience performing in-process or final inspection preferably in a defense, automotive or aerospace business
• High School Diploma or equivalent   
• Ability to correctly use and interpret basic measurement tools including weight gage, micrometer, caliper scale (linear), gage blocks, thread gages, torque drivers, and comparative standards
• Visual inspection experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions
• Independent; can work with limited supervision and direction
• A high level of attention to detail

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
