Quality Manager

• →Lead the site Quality function, setting strategy, goals, and performance metrics aligned to business priorities
• →Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, government, and regulatory bodies
• →Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 and ISO 9001)
• →Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits and drive timely corrective actions
• →Oversee root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and failure investigations
• →Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies
• →Manage supplier quality, including audits, corrective actions, and performance monitoring
• →Lead inspection, testing, and product acceptance across manufacturing operations
• →Chair Material Review Board activities and manage nonconformance and risk decisions
• →Deliver executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense programs
• Strong expertise in aerospace Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102)
• Proven leadership in quality engineering, manufacturing, or design
• Experience leading teams and managing supervisors or technical staff
• Deep knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and quality tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work – required
• Experience in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Citizen".
