We’re currently hiring an Experienced Lead In-Home Stone Countertop Installer to join our Boise team. If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and deliver top-tier results, we want to hear from you.

$25–$30/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

→Lead and complete in-home stone countertop installations
→Ensure precise, high-quality installs in residential and commercial settings
→Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (as needed)
→Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
→Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
→Coordinate with the office when additional support is needed
→Travel locally (with occasional out-of-town work)
→Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards on every job

2+ years of lead installer experience (REQUIRED)
Strong background in stone countertop installation
Construction experience preferred
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
Strong math and measurement skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Requirements

Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
Ability to work overtime as needed
