FLOFORM Countertops is expanding in Bozeman, Montana, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Countertop Installer to help build our local installation team.

As a Lead Countertop Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations from start to finish.

You'll:

Install quartz, granite, solid surface and other countertop materials
Lead countertop installations at residential and commercial job sites
Remove existing countertops when required
Perform scribing, leveling, fitting, seam preparation and finishing
Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
Complete plumbing disconnect/reconnect work when required
Communicate directly with homeowners, contractors and customers
Ensure each installation meets FLOFORM's quality standards
Maintain a clean, professional and safe job site
Complete installation paperwork accurately
Coordinate with the office and production teams when field issues arise
Travel locally with occasional overnight travel as needed

We're looking for someone with:

2+ years of professional countertop installation experience
Experience with quartz, granite, solid surface or laminate
Strong measuring, layout and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Professional communication and customer service skills
Basic plumbing knowledge
Construction or finish carpentry experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Ability to pass a background check
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
