Flow Traders is strengthening leadership across its Product Development department and is hiring an Engineering Manager in Amsterdam. As the firm scales, the quality of engineering management has become one of the most important factors in how well our teams grow, retain talent, and deliver - and this role exists to raise that bar.

Engineering Managers are accountable for the planning and people side of the organisation - project deliveries, growth, performance, culture and hiring - and partner with technical leads who own architecture, technical direction, and hands-on execution. The two work in close partnership; neither succeeds without the other.

You will be measured on the engineers you develop and the outcomes your team delivers. You will spend the large majority of your time leading people and managing delivery.
