Flow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our Edibles Production team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edible products in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and Arizona state cannabis laws. Active Arizona Facility Agent card preferred.

Responsibilities

→Follow all production and sanitation SOPs for edible manufacturing and cannabis handling.
→Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to batch recipes.
→Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools.
→Assist with portioning, molding, cutting, and packaging edible products.
→Label finished goods in accordance with company and AZDHS compliance standards.
→Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
→Complete production logs, batch documentation, and waste tracking accurately.
→Support daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
→Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
→Follow all safety, quality, and compliance policies at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food production, bakery, or commercial kitchen preferred.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Basic math, measurement, and organizational skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a valid Facility Agent card.

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Valid ServSafe Certification (Preferred)

Food production, baking, or manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
Cannabis industry experience: Preferred, but not required

Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Ability to work in a controlled environment with exposure to cannabis and packaging materials.
