Flowly Solutions is hiring! We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our growing team. If you have experience operating material handling equipment, enjoy an active warehouse environment, and take pride in keeping inventory moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and load raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks using proper staging and securing procedures.
• Perform routine pre-shift equipment safety checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Verify counts, labels, and part numbers on shipping/receiving documents against physical inventory.
• Store goods in designated warehouse locations to keep aisles clear and optimize storage space.
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure materials are delivered to work stations on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience operating standard sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Active forklift operator certification or the ability to pass on-site recertification upon hire.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse practices, inventory tracking, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Solid spatial awareness, strong hand-eye coordination, and an uncompromised focus on safety.
• Ability to read order sheets, packing slips, and material labels accurately.
• Dependable transportation to guarantee consistent daily attendance.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as required during shift operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends off)
