Launched in late 2024, Endeavor's office in Ukraine supports entrepreneurs behind some of the country's most ambitious companies, including Preply, Ajax Systems, and Solidgate.

To sustain its model long-term, Endeavor launched Endeavor Catalyst, a global co-investment fund with $540M+ AUM and 400+ investments across 35+ countries. Endeavor Catalyst already has several Ukrainian-founded companies, including Headway Inc and Holywater Tech.

This role sits at the front end of that work. As a Senior Analyst, you'll help identify and evaluate Ukraine's next generation of globally successful technology companies. Working alongside the Endeavor team, you'll research promising scale-ups, assess their growth potential, and support the selection of future Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

You'll get first-hand exposure to venture capital, entrepreneurship, and company scaling – and you'll see how Ukraine's tech ecosystem actually works, from the inside, alongside founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders across Endeavor's global network.

This is the right seat for someone who loves research, gets energy from breaking down a business model, and is genuinely curious about how great companies grow.

Company research and selection (70%) – the heart of the job:

• →Research and identify high-potential Ukrainian technology companies that could become future Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• →Analyze business models, markets, competition, and growth potential
• →Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospective Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• →Prepare company profiles, investment briefs, and analytical materials for Local and International Selection Panels
• →Support entrepreneur interviews and company due diligence
• →Maintain CRM and ensure data quality across the pipeline

Entrepreneur and ecosystem support (20%):

• →Support the team in responding to entrepreneur requests through research, market intelligence, and ecosystem insights
• →Support mentor matching and ecosystem introductions
• →Help prepare founder success stories, ecosystem reports, and internal knowledge materials
• →Support community events, founder gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives

Research and operations (10%):

• →Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials
• →Support fundraising, partnerships, and special projects across the team
• →Monitor trends across Ukraine's technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem and emerging technology sectors

Must-have:

• Curiosity, applied. You're genuinely interested in high-growth companies, technology, and how businesses scale – and you back that up with 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships, research, or early-career roles in consulting, finance, VC, tech, or scale-ups). Exceptional recent graduates with strong analytical ability are encouraged to apply
• Reasoning ability. You quickly get to the core of a business model or market dynamic, and you don't stop at the surface
• Research rigor. Excellent research skills and real attention to detail – you catch what others miss
• Communication. Strong written and verbal skills in Ukrainian and English
• Ownership. A proactive mindset, high ownership, and genuine willingness to learn
• Adaptability. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift
• Collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to work across teams and with external stakeholders
• Tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs (Attio / Salesforce), Notion, Claude

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in consulting, venture capital, investment banking, technology companies, scale-ups, or research
• Academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Experience conducting market or competitive research
• Familiarity with Ukraine's technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Experience organizing events, community initiatives, or university projects
• Experience working with data, research, or analytical projects
