Jet Charter Sales Executive

• →You will be the main point of contact to your list of clients. Customer requests will come in at varying hours. Jet Charter Sales Executives must remain available on-demand;
• →Generate new business leads through business development strategies, ie. networking, telephone and email communication, marketing campaigns, and other sales channels; 
• →Manage, negotiate and close customer inquiries for private jet charter use; 
• →Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a smooth booking and travel experience for clients;
• →Coordinate all details of your customer’s charter flights, with the various parties involved; 
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients;
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management;
• →Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and offerings;
• →Educate clients on the benefits of our private jet charter services.

• Internal drive and determination to succeed; 
• Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Killer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
• Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in aviation and chartering industries, an asset.
