Job Title: Pump Operator (Silicone)

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: Mississauga

Flynn Manufacturing is currently looking for an experienced Pump Operator (Silicone). This position is located at our Mississauga Branch which is located at Airport Road and Derry Road

A Day in the Life:

-Operate silicone pump machine.

-Ensure silicone meets quality standards.

-Position and secure glass panels in frames.

-Assemble and install prefabricated glass or glass products.

-Utilize a variety of hand tools and measurement instruments.

-All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

-Previous experience working with silicone and understanding of silicone quality standards.

-Previous experience working with glass or aluminum considered assets.

-Ability to read blueprints (shop drawings), calculate angles and measure/mark-up material.

-Able to lift 50lbs.
