Responsibilities

→Install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
→Complete and delegate day-to-day activities
→Successfully train and provide support to the team
→Maintain quality installation of all assigned projects
→Complete required documentation, PILL, inspection sheets, safety trainings, crew’s time sheets, etc.
→Meet production goals within a given deadline
→Problem-solve and resolve issues that may arise during a project
→Follow and enforce safety standards

Requirements

5+ years’ experience with installation and repairs of flat-roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs)
Valid Driver’s License with a 5-year clean driving record is a requirement
Ability to perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog)
Knowledge of commercial roofing products, can order correct materials, tools, & equipment
Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, train employees, etc.
Able to utilize mobile phone apps to document project completion
