• →Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• →Have all main cocktails recipe memorized for speed and efficiency
• →Continuous Pour testing and technique building
• →Interact with guests, take orders, server food and drinks?
• →Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
• →Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to specifications?
• →Check guests identification and confirm the legal drinking age
• →Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies?
• →Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions?
• →Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience?
• →Comply with all food and beverage regulations?
• →Maintain bar cleanliness with daily and weekly cleanings
