Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:

→Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service during every interaction.
→Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
→Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts.
→Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service technology.
→Identify opportunities to discuss products and services that align with customer needs and financial goals.
→Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
→Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
→Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
→Help strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship-building and personalized service.

Requirements

Previous banking, retail sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
