Planning & Operations Innovation Specialist I

• →Business Planning and Performance Management
• →Develop the business unit’s annual business plan and establish targets for volume, revenue, and profitability
• →Analyze customer-specific volumes, revenue, and costs, and prepare monthly management reports

• →Customs Clearance Process Standardization
• →Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customs operations, including ISF, Entry, PSC, Reconciliation, FTZ, T&E

• →Systems Improvement and Automation
• →Plan integration projects between customer ERP systems and FNS EDI, and document business requirements
• →Submit and test enhancement requests for the customs system (ICHB), and design validation rules, including pop-up alerts and flags
• →Develop and maintain model and item master data, and drive automation initiatives such as AI-powered OCR
• →Develop customs operations monitoring dashboards and exception notification workflows

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Strong data analysis, report writing, and proposal development skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000–$75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
