Responsibilities

→Experience working with SIP and VoIP technologies.
→Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
→Experience capturing and interpreting network packet traces (PCAPs).
→Good understanding of IP networking.
→Experience administering Linux systems.
→Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
→Ability to work methodically under pressure.
→A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills.
→Full UK driving licence.

Experience working in a datacentre environment.
Knowledge of SBCs, RTP and media troubleshooting.
Experience supporting hosted voice or unified communications platforms.
Familiarity with virtualisation technologies.
Exposure to scripting or automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell etc.).
Experience working within an MSP, telecommunications or service provider environment.
