Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role: 

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will take charge of enhancing performance marketing initiatives for multiple brands, each catering to distinct customer demographics and product ranges. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the business and marketing teams to conceive, execute, and assess diverse marketing campaigns spanning various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering digital marketing channels, tools, and trends to ensure impactful strategies.

• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Lead efforts to address business questions by leveraging metrics to measure, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain and analyze analytics dashboards to track ROI, costs, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing activities.

• Work closely with Digital Marketing and Business teams to design tailored strategies for each business unit, combining creativity with data insights.

Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills 

• 1-2 years of experience in Meta Ads (Collaborative Ads, Auction Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.), Google Analytics Universe (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc) Lazada or Shopee Sponsored Solutions, and Tiktok Ads (In-Feed, Affiliate, and Livestreams)

• A passion for data and metrics-driven marketing

• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
