→Ensure the team translate wireframes and design mockups into the high quality UI Code

Requirements

A self-starter that proactively proposes for and makes improvements on engineering quality and delivery
High level of attention to details on both UI/UX and codes
2+ years of experience leading an Agile mobile team
3+ years of solid working experience with Flutter
5+ years on mobile app development in general
Git and experience in collaborative work with Git
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD process for mobile
Engineering minded and code for long term maintainability

Experience in building custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
Involvement in open source projects
