As a Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with an Owner/Operator to run the day-to-day operations of a large-format, community-focused supermarket. You will:

Create, drive, and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for.

Lead and motivate a high-performing store team, fostering a great place to work and grow.

Deliver strong commercial performance through customer insight and sound decision-making.

Support the long-term strategic direction of the store, then execute it with pace and precision.

Build strong relationships within the local community to drive loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with a hands-on Owner/Operator who invests in your growth and development.

Lead all aspects of large-scale retail operations and play a key role in store success.

Proven leadership capability with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams of 100+A commercially savvy mindset with the ability to listen, advise, and develop solutions grounded in customer insight.

Confidence in data analysis, reporting, and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Solid retail management experience across both Dry Goods and Fresh Foods.
