Head of Data & Advanced Analytics

Our client is a data-driven organisation leveraging analytics and AI to enhance decision-making across commercial and operational functions. The business is scaling its data capabilities across the enterprise.

The Head of Data & Advanced Analytics will lead enterprise data strategy, analytics platforms, and insight generation. This role will oversee data engineering, BI, and advanced analytics teams. A key focus will be embedding analytics into business processes and decision-making. The role will work closely with digital, operations, and commercial leadership. Governance, data quality, and ethical use of data will be central to the mandate.

Candidates must have senior experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles. Strong exposure to enterprise data platforms and analytics use cases is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The ideal profile combines technical depth with business translation capability. Leadership and stakeholder influence are critical.
