Responsibilities

- →Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the educational sectors unique needs.
- →Align marketing initiatives with the organizations broader vision and goals, particularly those linked to Saudi Arabias Vision 2030.
- →Foster an innovative, performance-driven culture within the marketing team.
- →Campaign & Budget Oversight:
- →Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of substantial budgets for maximum ROI.
- →Leverage analytics and data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- →Event and Exhibition Management:
- →Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic events to strengthen brand positioning.
- →Build relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event effectiveness and visibility.
- →Digital and Traditional Marketing Excellence:
- →Oversee omnichannel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- →Integrate innovative marketing approaches to attract and nurture leads effectively.
- →Performance Monitoring & Insights:
- →Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives success.
- →Present actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and executing high-profile campaigns.
- Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across diverse platforms.
- Skills:
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and measurable results.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Exceptional bilingual communication (Arabic and English).
