Responsibilities

→Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
→Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.
→Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
→Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessments, and offers.
→Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and universities.
→Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR or Business; Masters preferred.
8+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance, and compensation structures.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
