A key focus will be improving service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. The VP will work closely with digital, CX, and operations teams. This role will also lead service transformation initiatives. Executive accountability for service outcomes is expected.
Candidates must have senior operations leadership experience within service-driven environments. Strong exposure to customer operations at scale is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates people leadership, operational discipline, and customer-centric thinking.
