Billing & Collections Specialist

• →At least 3 years of accounts receivable, collections, or billing experience, including SaaS or subscription billing

• →Experience with an ERP system like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Great Plains

• →Track record of identifying the root cause of a recurring billing or collections problem and fixing it

• →Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort having firm but professional conversations about overdue balances

• →Solid attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

• →Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)

• →Ability to manage a high volume of accounts (hundreds per month) and shifting priorities

• →High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with NetSuite

• Experience with Salesforce

• Experience with collections automation or payment portal tools
