The Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and personalized care experience. Working directly under the supervision of a physician, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and communicating accurate patient information, assisting in care delivery, supporting diagnostics, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. You will also coordinate patient requests, manage lab processes, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standard of service.

• →Documentation and filing of clinical records in the electronic health record.
• →Assisting physician to capture and implement medical plans for members.
• →Creating supplement orders through online dispensary.
• →Management of prescription requests under the supervision of a physician and medication reconciliation.
• →Collection of results from diagnostic laboratory portals.

• Lab draws
• Conducting Skin IO testing
• Performing EKGs
• Obtaining vital signs to include height and weight
• PNOE

• Proficient in medical terminology.
• HIPAA compliance certification.
• Strong multi-tasking skills. Attention to details even under pressure.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Documentation management and ability to use electronic health records.
• Experience using diagnostic portals.
• Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.

·       Provide seamless support to members across all virtual communication channels (Zoom, email, text, WhatsApp, phone) with a strong emphasis on being highly accessible and responsive.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.

• Associates degree, and must be a certified or registered medical assistance
• 2 years clinical experience in a physician’s office or ambulatory setting in lieu of degree/diploma
• CCMA or RMA preferred.
