As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals and digital transformation strategies. You will define system architecture, guide development teams, and ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining compliance with enterprise standards and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-level and detailed solution architectures for digital platforms and services, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements to technical specifications & system designs.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks in line with architecture standards.

  • Lead architectural reviews and provide technical direction to development teams.

  • Ensure alignment between solution designs and the organization's strategy, architecture principles, and security policies.

  • Guide the integration of third-party systems, APIs, and data sources with internal platforms.

  • Produce architecture documentation including system diagrams, integration patterns, and data flows.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle and recommend possible solutions.

  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure delivery quality.

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.

  • Proven experience designing enterprise-grade software systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, integration methods, and cloud-native design (e.g., microservices, containers).

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

  • Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure architecture, or similar is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
