About the role:
Passionate about service and a true team player, the server assistant embodies elegance, warmth, and kindness. They build empathetic relationships with guests and colleagues while demonstrating strong organizational skills, contributing to the restaurant's commitment to excellence.
What you will do:
Ensure setup, clearing, and proper storage of linen, tableware, glassware, food, and beverages.
Provide attentive and refined service in line with Four Seasons standards.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and prepare condiments and garnishes.
Anticipate guest needs and assist with table service (delivering dishes, refilling items, etc.).
Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to operational needs (rearranging tables, supporting colleagues).
Follow internal procedures, report incidents, and carry out any tasks assigned by management.
What you bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stress positively and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 13 kg
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays;
