About the Role
~1 min readThe Assistant Front Desk Manager supports the Front Office Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and related guest service areas. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous development.
The Assistant Front Desk Manager serves as a key leader within the Front Office, handling guest concerns with confidence, driving operational excellence, and supporting team performance to deliver memorable Four Seasons experiences.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support and oversee daily Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction across all guest touchpoints.
- →Act as a senior point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally and effectively while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
- →Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team members through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.
- →Collaborate closely with Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping, Bell, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and operational excellence.
- Minimum two years of experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, guest relations, and team management skills with a passion for service excellence.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, including Opera, and strong overall computer literacy.
