The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

 The Assistant Laundry Manager is responsible for assisting in overall laundry operations management and coordinating of the entire laundry and valet operation. He /She are responsible for ensuring excellent quality of product in dry cleaning and laundry methods. 

The Assistant Laundry Manager is responsible to train and supervise all Laundry employees. Assist in developing and controlling the operating budgets, determine requirements for capital expenditures, linen and consumable items. Forecasts labor and process the daily payroll. Administers and controls all Laundry operations to achieve Four Seasons standards and objectives.  Directly responsible for efficient and productive valet operation.  Seeks to maintain the highest quality of care for both guest and employee clothes/uniforms. Organizes and directs all meetings with staff. Ensures all staff is exposed to constant training and refinement on an on-going basis.

Maintains good working relationships with all departments in the hotel. Develops production schedules to meet Housekeeping and Food and Beverage requirements. Participates in inventories of all uniforms, linens and supplies as well as an inspection checklist for Laundry. Participates in the daily routine of receiving, handling, tagging, spotting, cleaning, pressing and packaging of all guest or staff clothes. Requisitions and handles all equipment and chemicals in Laundry/Valet as well as train those in the department in their proper use and care. Monitors a maintenance program for all equipment developed by Engineering. Establishes and implements energy conservation policies and procedures.  The ability to check washing formulas, making corrections and improvements whenever possible. Maintains a clean and organized working environment in the Laundry department at all times. The ability to assist in the pick-up and delivery of guest clothing. Able to maintain proper issuance/control and operational procedures for uniforms.

Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the Laundry Operations, and speak Thai as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Thailand.
