Banquet Server On Call

About the role:  

This position is an on call/ casual. The Banquet Server serves guest needs by providing food & beverage service to guests during events. In addition, this role will stock supplies, clear tables, and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages, clearing dishes, resetting tables and room set up and breakdown during banquet events.  Provides exceptional knowledge of food & beverage items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This position may also be responsible for managing the bar at banquet events, thus bartending knowledge and service skills are required. 

What you bring:  

• Previous banquet experience preferred, minimum one year of fast paced food and beverage experience, ability to carry and balance a tray. 

• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.  

• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United
• States.  Ability to speak Spanish a plus. 

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours: 

• This is an on call /casual position.   

• A successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
