Responsibilities

→Supervise and coordinate banquet operations to ensure flawless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
→Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
→ Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all requirements and brand standards are met.
→Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving guest requests and operational challenges efficiently.
→Monitor service quality and maintain exceptional standards throughout all functions.
→Support onboarding, training, and development of banquet team members.
→Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.

Previous experience in banquet operations, food & beverage, or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
