About the Role

We’re seeking an energetic and personable Bar Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be at the heart of our bar operation, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality drinks and excellent service to our guests.

This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, along with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and lively environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive bar experience
→
Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments when required
→
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
→
Ensure stock levels are monitored and assist with restocking as needed
→
Follow all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and safety procedures
→
Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service
→
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.

Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work behind the bar.
