At Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans, exceptional service begins with creating memorable guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be the face of the bar, combining your passion for hospitality with your expertise in wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service. You will engage with guests, craft beverages to the highest standards, and deliver personalized recommendations while creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in delivering genuine, attentive service.

• →Prepare and serve premium wines, spirits, beers, and handcrafted cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons luxury service standards.
• →Create memorable guest experiences by taking orders, making personalized recommendations, and sharing knowledge of beverage origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
• →Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and concerns, and ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized service.
• →Maintain smooth bar operations by accurately processing transactions, preparing garnishes, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless dining experience

• Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, cognacs, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, and specialty beverages.
• Ability to accurately pour, mix, and blend beverages while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food handling and alcohol service certifications.

• A dynamic bar environment where you'll interact with guests while delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• A flexible schedule that will include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
• An active role that requires standing and moving throughout most of the shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in both bar service and storage areas.
