Actively participate in the greeting, welcoming and farewell of guests in a sincere and professional manner
Interact with guest in a discreet and professional manner to ascertain preferences, likes, dislikes and overall service experience
Actively collect all guest comments and report them to Head Butler for further actions to be taken
Collect and update guest history files according to guest likes, dislikes and preferences in a confidential manner; share them with Head Butler for further processing or action
Perform the arrival and departure process of guest in an efficient and professional manner; report challenge to Head Butler
Perform all guest services at the highest level of guest satisfaction
Follow up and handle guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner; report them to Head Butler for further advice to resolve

A minimum of a High School or equivalent education.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Cantonese/Mandarin.
Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred.
Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest
Able to work flexible hours
