As a Casual Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will provide knowledgeable, attentive, and personalised service while maintaining the standards expected of both Four Seasons and Mei Ume.

You will build confidence in discussing menu items, ingredients, beverages, and recommendations, helping guests navigate the menu and enhancing their overall experience.

• →Deliver warm, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
• →Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations confidently
• →Develop a strong understanding of dishes, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• →Prepare and maintain tables and service stations to the highest standards
• →Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
• →Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations
• →Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• →Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service

• At least one year of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine is beneficial but not essential
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong communication skills with a good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Right to Work in the UK

• Casual role with shifts offered based on business requirements
• Flexibility required across lunch, dinner, weekends, and public holidays
