The Role of Chief Concierge: 

We are currently seeking a creative, talented, full-time Chief Concierge that is well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team. Talents must have the ability to ensure all team members are properly trained in areas such as: service delivery, hotel facilities and services, local directions, etc. and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions, the ability to promote the hotel’s other businesses at every possible opportunity such as Food and Beverage and Spas, with recommendations and In the know details to entice a visit, as well as the ability to know what activities are available in the city; theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests, while also possessing the ability to ensure all Four Seasons Concierge Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently applied.

Our Ideal Chief Concierge: 

 Talents must have reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, oral proficiency in a second language. Previous experience in luxury hospitality/hotels is a must, while being a member of Les Clef D’Or is required.
