About Role:

The Repair Maintenance/Engineer III will ensure the reliability, safety, and excellence of hotel facilities while supporting seamless guest and employee experiences.

What you will do:

Maintain, inspect, and repair building systems and equipment.

Lead or support complex repairs, installations, and upgrades.

Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs.

Respond promptly to engineering requests and emergencies.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the property.

What you will bring: 

As an Engineer III, you bring advanced technical knowledge and leadership experience to support hotel operations at the highest level.

Strong expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life-safety systems).

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
