What you will do: 

Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation.
Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
Assisting valet parking service upon guest’s request on vehicle parking, retrieval..
Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
Providing arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance.
Assist overnight MOD with guests requests.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
