• Assist with golf operations, including managing tee times, player registration, and ensuring a smooth flow of play on the course.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Conduct golf lessons and clinics to players of all skill levels, with a focus on improving their golf game and enhancing their enjoyment.
• Assist in coordinating and executing golf tournaments, corporate outings, and special events held at the resort.
• Ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and availability of golf equipment, including clubs, carts, and rental gear.
• Manage the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales of golf apparel, equipment, and accessories.
• Provide on-course support and player assistance, including pace of play management and rules interpretation.
• Collaborate with the golf course superintendent and maintenance team to maintain optimal course conditions and identify any needed repairs or improvements.
• Assist guests in selecting and customizing golf clubs to suit their preferences and needs.
• Actively promote the resort's golf programs, lessons, memberships, and other offerings to guests and potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, rules, and teaching methodologies to provide the best possible service to guests.
• Perform administrative duties, such as managing schedules, tracking revenue, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting.
