About the Role

As a Host/ess at CottoCrudo Restaurant, you will be the first and last impression of our dining experience, creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and work closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

→Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
→Manage restaurant reservations across Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel
→Coordinate guest seating to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service
→Liaise with Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience
→Communicate daily reservations, special occasions, preferences, and dietary requirements to the restaurant team
→Support the Restaurant Management team in maintaining exceptional service standards
→Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with confidence and professionalism
→Monitor restaurant occupancy and assist in optimizing table management
→Observe the condition of restaurant facilities and report any maintenance or service concerns
→Ensure every guest interaction reflects the values and standards of Four Seasons

Previous experience in a restaurant, luxury hospitality, or guest-facing role is an advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English and Czech, both spoken and written
Warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
Good computer skills; experience with Opera, Micros, or reservation systems is an advantage
Flexible approach and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full-time position.
Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
