KIDS FOR ALL SEASONS ATTENDANT

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The KFAS Attendant creates a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 5–12 by leading recreational and educational activities while ensuring their well-being and enjoyment. This role delivers attentive, professional care and exceptional service in accordance with company standards, fostering memorable experiences for children and peace of mind for their families.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate activities, including swimming, outdoor recreation, arts and crafts, and group games, ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe environment for all children

Supervise children throughout activities, adapting programs to varying ages, interests, and skill levels while promoting participation and positive experiences

Monitor child safety at all times, respond appropriately to incidents or concerns, and maintain compliance with established safety procedures and program guidelines

Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by encouraging creativity, teamwork, learning, and social interaction among participants

WHAT TO BRING

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

State of Hawaii Department of Human Services Childcare Requirements

Current First Aid and CPR (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Lifeguard Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Minimum of two years of experience with school-age children.
