The Massage Therapist provides a superior level of massage services and body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

  Provide a superior level of massage and body treatments.  

• →

  Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, and assist guests in all inquiries in connection with the spa and fitness center.

  Upsell and create added value to our guests by staying current with both service and product offerings and to promote treatments and products by thorough knowledge of their health benefits.

  Achieve monthly retail sales goals.

  Keep all departmental areas neat and clean including treatment rooms and prep area.

  Operate, utilize and clean all equipment in the spa treatment rooms according to the hotel and/or state board requirements. 

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.  

• Licensed Massage Therapist with minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in luxury environment.  

• This is an on-call position.  

• Candidate is expected to work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
