About the role

As a Nail Technician at Four Seasons, you will deliver exceptional nail care treatments, ensuring guests experience the highest level of luxury and relaxation. This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and a guest-focused approach to provide manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail treatments that align with Four Seasons’ world-class standards. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience by promoting services, products, and maintaining a pristine work environment.

What you will do

Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips, and specialty nail services in accordance with established spa protocols.
Deliver personalized, attentive service that ensures guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout every treatment.
Educate guests on nail care best practices and recommend retail products and spa services to support their wellness goals and enhance their experience.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment environment while adhering to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Collaborate with Spa team members to support daily operations, manage appointments accurately, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

National certification or license as a Nail Technician.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nail technician in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and nail care practices.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanour.
High grooming standards and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
Valid authorization to work in the United States.
