Be part of the team behind some of the most memorable events at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. As a Banquet House Attendant, you'll help transform event spaces for everything from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place for an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

→Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, buffets, linens, and event decor

→Stock and organize china, glassware, silverware, linens, and banquet supplies for service

→Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of banquet function spaces before, during, and after events

→Transport and organize meeting materials, equipment, and event supplies throughout the hotel

→Work collaboratively with banquet and hotel teams to deliver seamless events and exceptional guest experiences

Previous banquet, hospitality, food and beverage, or event setup experience preferred

Ability to lift, move, and transport furniture, equipment, and event materials safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work authorization:
Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
