On-Call Banquet Server

The On-Call Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service at meetings, events, and special functions. This role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences by providing attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring events are executed seamlessly. The position is part of the Banquets team and reports directly to Banquet Management.

• →Provide professional and personalized food and beverage service during banquet events.
• →Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• →Set up banquet spaces, including linens, china, glassware, silverware, and event décor.
• →Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• →Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met before serving guests.
• →Break down and reset banquet spaces following events.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment.
• →Work collaboratively with culinary, stewarding, and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Previous food and beverage, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry trays and banquet equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handling and alcohol service certifications as required by local regulations.

• This is an on-call position
• Hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
