The Paymaster is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role plays a critical part in supporting payroll operations and delivering exceptional internal service to employees across the hotel.

• →Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• →Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, allowances, and benefits.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
• →Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• →Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
• →Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
• →Support audits and ensure payroll documentation is maintained accurately.
• →Utilize payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing.

• Previous experience in a payroll, paymaster, finance, or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Bayan and OnTrack systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
