At Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh Resort, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Agent to join our Purchasing team. The Receiving Agent plays a critical role in ensuring that all goods delivered to the hotel are accurately received, inspected, documented, and distributed, supporting seamless hotel operations and maintaining Four Seasons quality standards.

• →Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• →Ensure all products meet hotel quality standards, specifications, and hygiene requirements.
• →Record and process receiving transactions accurately within the hotel's inventory and procurement systems.
• →Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Culinary, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding received goods.
• →Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or quality concerns to the Purchasing Manager and relevant suppliers.
• →Maintain accurate receiving logs, records, and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
• →Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods following hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
• →Assist with inventory counts and stock verification activities as required.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and secure receiving area at all times.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Purchasing and Receiving function.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receiving, purchasing, inventory control, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or procurement systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
