About the Role
~1 min readAs a Massage Therapist at Four Seasons, you will deliver personalized, high- quality massage treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenating experience that embodies the brand’s standards of excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a guest- focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, serene environment. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience by promoting wellness offerings and supporting the team in creating a memorable experience for all guests.

- →Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, health concerns, and preferences.
- →Provide a variety of massage services, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments, tailored to guest preferences.
- →Educate guests about the benefits of treatments and recommend personalized spa programs.
- →Valid CMTO certification
- →A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting.
- →Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- →Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- →Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
- →A passion for wellness and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
- →Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments and ability to handle equipment safely.
