This position is responsible for selling the rooms and providing information to prospective guests.  Besides, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.

  Handling all incoming enquiries by phone or by email regarding accommodation and converting calls into room sales.

  Liaising with VIP clients, wholesalers and travel agents to make, amend and confirm reservations.

  Be well informed about all hotel facilities including the Restaurant, Bar and Spa in order to upsell the Hotel products and services.

  Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.

  Assist with the development of all direct sales presentation material for both travel industry and group sales.

• Must be well organized and used to working in a multi-tasking environment.

• Pleasant personality.

• Good command of English communication.

• Ability to work effectively with the team.
