• →Manage restaurant reservations, calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
• →Ensure reservation accuracy and oversee daily booking activities, including VIP arrivals.
• →Build relationships with guests and identify new business opportunities.
• →Support outlet revenue growth through sales initiatives and guest engagement.
• →Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality, and assist with complaint resolution.
• →Collaborate with operational teams and provide on-the-floor support during peak periods.
• →Stay informed on market trends and competitors to support business performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•  6 days per week over 48 working hours.
